This website is adapted to comply with the following laws:

1_Key terms
In our Privacy Policy, when we refer to “Users”, we mean our customers who use our services, including visitor to our sites. Merche Alcalá is the “controller” of our treatments. In some cases are in charge of third parties whom will identified as “processor”.

When you use our services, we collect the information you provide us or we request to you. If you use a Third Party Service to register or Access, the Third Party Service may provide us with your Third Party Service account information on your behalf, such as your name and email address. When the online Paid Services are enabled, we obtain limited information about your payment card from our payment processor. Currently, our online paid services are disabled.

The information related to our clients is a fundamental part of our business and we do not participate in activities of sale of the personal information of our clients to third parties.
However, mA_workshop hires other companies and individuals to perform certain functions as processors. Some of the functions they perform can be: execute orders for products and services, send packages, send postal and electronic mail, eliminate repeated information from customer lists, perform data analysis, offer marketing assistance, offer search results and links (including links and payment lists), process payments, transmit content and offer customer service.
